Juve is a contemporary ceramic studio by Julieta Verdaro based in San Francisco, creating handmade sculptural pieces that blur the line between art and object.

Captivated by the raw elegance, tactile texture, and muted tones of bare clay, I strive to preserve these natural qualities — often leaving surfaces unglazed. This allows each piece to retain a sense of honesty and closeness to the material, inviting touch and sensory connection.

My process relies on traditional hand-building techniques that embrace spontaneity and imperfection. By following the movement of the clay rather than controlling it, I allow each form to emerge intuitively — fluid, asymmetrical, and unique.
